S10 - unable to Import data

Had some trouble with my original unit, but it appeared to be the battery compartment. I managed to do a complete swap at the Retailer, but this new S10 (only a week old) is not letting me Import. I get the error message FAILURE TO READ DEVICE. [:(!]

I have disconnected and reconnected many times now, and cleaned the connectors.

Any advice??

I had the same problem. So the thing is that your system is probably x64 and not x86... This means that your processor has more cores. To fix it you just have to got ... ivers.aspx and download the x64 version driver. And after that it will work fine :)
