I recently contacted Laser Technical Support for a problem with my old M43. I received an immediate reply and after several emails was asked to return my SD card. The problem was solved and the card returned only four days after I posted it.
What great service for a very old unit. All very much appreciated

Could I add my coments regarding service. I've already posted some remarks in the iSeries section but wanted to let other users know of the excellent service I also got.

I had problems with my i43 GPS. I posted my problem on the Forum early this morning. Admin responded within half an hour advising me to email Support. I did this and quickly received an email advising me to delete my files, replace them with ones attached to the email and to download maps from a supplied link. By 11.00 am my unit was back working. (My original post was at 8.30am)

This is really excellent service and the company is to be congratulated.
