Navig8r move + Fitness Band

Hi

I am trying to sync my band to my iPhone and the band isn't even turning on let alone producing a number for me to sync.
Is it faulty or have I missed something in the instructions?

I have watched the video and have set it up as required. Still the same trouble though..... Any thoughts??? :oops:

App Zeroner is used instead of Move now and the firmware is required to update.
